• Telangiectasia formation of the retina that can lead to retinal detachment

• Presents with leukocoria and/or strabismus

Pentology of Cantrell

• Omphalocele

• Ectopia cordis (abnormal location of heart)

• Diaphragmatic defect

• Pericardial/sternal defect

• Cardiac malformation
