  • Cannot plantarflex foot if torn

Haglund Deformity

  • Bony overgrowth of the posterior-superior calcaneous

  • Associated with high heel wearing

Accessory Soleus Muscle

  • May look similar to achilles tendinopathy

  • Bulges into Kager fat pad from anterior side
