Wolman Disease

  • Deposition of fat/foam cells in organs of kids

  • Hepatosplenomegaly + calcified adrenal glands

  • Generalized lymphadenopathy

  • Lethal by 6 months

Adrenal Gland Hemorrhage

  • Most commonly unilateral in setting of trauma

  • Bilateral Adrenal Hemorrhage

    • Less common, think systemic disease like lupus or sepsis

    • Presents with life threatening adrenal insufficiency
